Company founder Neil Gillespie has a huge amount of experience and expertise across all the trade services offered by Topline. As Director of Sales & Operations, his role involves overseeing all trade operations across the business.

Neil has been involved in the industry for over 40 years and his breadth of experience covers work with individual homeowners through to overseeing numerous large scale commercial projects, along with a multitude of tertiary institutions, schools and large commercial properties.

In terms of qualifications, Neil holds a certified plumbing license and has the equivalent of LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) status.

He has been involved at board level for leading manufacturers and has advised architects and project consultants on specific building and product design requirements. He currently sits on the Auckland executive of Master Plumbers - the association for plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers, and is an appointed Trustee on the board of the Apprenticeship Training Trust.

Outside of work Neil is a keen sportsman, participating in boxing, running, boating, fishing, surfing, and is an avid follower of most sports.
